Nothing Phone 2 launch date has been finally revealed. CEO Carl Pei has confirmed the release date and a new teaser trailer for the phone, which is scheduled to launch on July 11.
The announcement was made on Nothing’s official Twitter account, accompanied by a fresh teaser trailer that offers a glimpse of the upcoming phone. Although the design of the handset was concealed in darkness, the trailer revealed the new Glyph lighting feature. Additionally, the trailer showcased Nothing’s continued use of organic imagery to represent its products, this time featuring an octopus.

Despite limited information, CEO Carl Pei has confirmed some specifications of the Phone 2, giving us an idea of what to expect. The upcoming handset will be powered by a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor and will feature a slightly larger 4,700mAh battery compared to its predecessor. Additionally, the device will run on Nothing OS 2.0, a significant update from the previous Nothing OS 1 found on Phone 1.
In addition to these details, leaked renders of the phone have surfaced, revealing a design that closely resembles the previous model. However, the key highlight for this release is that the Phone 2 will officially be available in the United States. While the previous model was priced at £399, it remains uncertain whether the Phone 2 will have a similarly aggressive pricing strategy due to its more powerful system-on-a-chip (SoC). Fortunately, we won’t have to wait much longer as the Phone 2 is set to make its official debut in just a month.
