You can set the number of shakes you want to do to launch the apps and also the function works when the screen is off. Also, a delay can be set so that you will not open the same app accidentally again and again. This App is great if you want to open Apps quickly without navigating the display on the watch.
The App name is Shake Launcher and is available on the PlayStore for download.
